Hannah Norman

Hannah is partner and co-leader of The #1 Coldwell Banker Team in South Carolina, working alongside one of the most recognizable agents in the industry - Patrick O'Connor. She began her real estate career in 2020 after graduating from The University of South Carolina (Go Gamecocks!!) and has since helped over 400+ families buy and sell homes across the Midlands of South Carolina.  

Hannah has developed personal connections with many across The Midlands, and has a significant social media reach that she uses to benefit her clients. Her overall marketing approach helps to keep her listings and current buyer needs top of mind by providing maximum exposure for her clients that goes above and beyond the traditional MLS approach. Growing up in the Midlands, Hannah has seen first hand the changes and improvements throughout the area and enjoys seeing the overall growth of her hometown-Lexington, SC.

At soda city or taking my labradoodle, Cooper, for runs along the river

Anything about dogs or sharks! LOL

What is your favorite property that you've sold?

One of my favorite properties was the home I bought for myself at 23 years old! I was renting in the neighborhood for 2 years and would always walk by the house on my daily walks with my dog - Cooper. The house is over 100 years old and I love being a part of the Earlewood community!
