Wendye Martin

I was born and raised in Fairfax, SC and moved to the SC Midlands after high school to attend Columbia College in pursuit of a bachelors degree. After earning an MBA from the University of South Carolina and a successful 15-year career as a Marketing and Communications executive, I joined Coldwell Banker to pursue my passion for real estate. A Midlands native for over 20 years, my knowledge of the area combined with exceptional marketing and communication skills, contract negotiation experience and a commitment to provide an unparalleled positive customer experience allowed me to quickly become a top-producing agent in the Carolinas.

I assist my clients with all of their real estate needs, and turn buying or selling a home into an easy and stress-free experience by providing assistance every step of the way. I am driven by turning my clients’ aspirations into concrete realities whether that means a seller getting the price they want or buyers finding their perfect home.

I currently reside in Lexington, SC with my husband and two daughters. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends on Lake Murray, traveling, and experiencing local foods and activities.

What is your favorite restaurant in the midlands?

Momma Rabbits for lunch and Private Property for dinner.

What is your favorite thing to do around town?

We like to try new restaurants and attend local events. Visiting the Riverbanks Zoo with the kids is always a favorite activity.

How do you spend your weekends?

Hanging out with friends and family and enjoying Lake Murray.

What is your favorite movie?

Not sure I have a favorite, but I love comedies!

What is your favorite property that you’ve sold?

All of them!

I don’t drink a lot of sodas, but Coke when I do.
