You can access our homes by either an MLS box or lockbox with the code 5801 or 4762. A buyer’s agent must be present for all showings.

The builder contract information link can be found below. Once you complete this form the contract will be sent to the agent first via DocuSign within 24 hours. After you review, sign and click "finalize" on the documents it will automatically be sent to your clients one at a time.

Builder contract review
Once the contract is signed by all parties, I will present it to the builder. We should receive a response within 24 hours.
Earnest money, Closing attorney, & Construction details
1% made out to “Executive Construction Homes” sent by overnight mail. I'll provide you with the information / address when we are under contract.
The closing attorney is Blair Cato in Columbia
All selections/finishes/colors have been made. Changes are not possible. Details can be found in the associated documents attached to MLS. Please note and inform your client that the marketing photo and videos may be stock.

Walkthroughs & Closing
Estimated closing dates can be found in MLS and will be noted in the contract. Once the contract is finalized we will be in touch with the estimated closing date and a walk-through details (first/blue tape and final walks).
