Four of My Favorite Lake Murray Neighborhoods in Lexington, SC

Kingston Harbour

This is one of my favorite Lexington lakefront neighborhoods because of the location, amenities, and price point. Kingston Harbour is located four miles from downtown Lexington. By boat, you can be at the Lake Murray dam and Liberty at the Lake for lunch or dinner in just a few minutes. Kingston also offers a clubhouse, pool, lake access, and tennis courts. This neighborhood has seen significant increase in value over the years, but you can still find a large, lake-access home around half a million dollars.

Spence Plantation

I love this neighborhood because of the history and quality of construction. Spence Plantation is one of Lexington’s most-established neighborhoods and the homes are all custom-built and situated on large lots.

Spence’s Point

This is one of my favorite Lexington lakefront neighborhoods because of the price point, lake views, and amenities. Two- and three-bedroom condos are in the 200s and 300s. The view is amazing and practically everything is covered through the HOA.

Turner's point

Turner’s Point is located in Lexington towards the middle of Lake Murray and is one of my favorite neighborhoods because of the location and the fact that there's a lot of new construction.
