I’ve lived in Ascot for years and love the neighborhood. Ascot is a well-established neighborhood located in Irmo, SC off Kennerly Road near Lake Murray. The neighborhood offers sidewalk-lined streets, a clubhouse with full kitchen and entertaining space that can be booked for private events (pictured below), a large community pool and cabana, a new playground, and tennis courts.

Fun Fact: Ascot is a horse friendly neighborhood with trails throughout. At one time the neighborhood featured a stable and horse run, which was sold to a private party a few years back. A few times a year you may see someone horseback in the neighborhood.
