Rebecca Beatty

Operations Director & Team Coordinator

founding member of The Patrick O'Connor Team

I'm from the Midlands of South Carolina where my husband, Duke, and I currently live in the Irmo/Ballentine area. We have three wonderful children between the two of us. When not immersed in real estate, I enjoy reading, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Since 2006, I have worked with some of the best in real estate – mostly in an administrative capacity. But now, I am a licensed Realtor as well. I started as Patrick O’Connor’s assistant in 2017 – the first year after he became the #1 agent with Coldwell Banker – and am now Director of Operations for the team.

I love real estate and have grown so much – especially in these last couple of years – working with Patrick who is always pushing himself and those of us around him to do more and be better for our clients.

I’m really excited to be part of The Patrick O’Connor Team as we work towards our common goal of helping people with their real estate needs. I know together we will make an even bigger impact in helping others with some of the biggest decisions of their lives.

Get to know Rebecca

What is your favorite restaurant in the midlands?

There are so many good restaurants, but The Old Mill Brew Pub in Lexington is one of my favorites.

What is your favorite thing to do around town?

On occasion, we enjoy local festivals, Riverbanks Zoo, or somewhere with live music. Soda City Market is a really neat place to go on a Saturday morning.

How do you spend your weekends?

Other than cleaning house, lol, I enjoy relaxing with a good book, shopping, dinner, or watching movies with my family & sometimes socializing with friends. We also love taking weekend trips out of town when we can.

What is your favorite movie?

It changes, but right now it’s The Greatest Showman… can’t get enough of the soundtrack.

What is your favorite property that you’ve sold?

Most of what I do is in the office, but I guess my personal home would be my favorite since I loved that house for thirteen years.

Coke or Pepsi?

Although I try to enjoy in moderation, it would definitely be Coca-Cola.
